How to add a new subject

A subject will appear in the contents frame, as opposed to a note, which will appear only in the change-log. Adding subjects is only possible for registered maintainers of the logbook. If your are one, you were told what to do (click on the "blank page" icon) . If you are not a registered maintainer, you can't add subjects.
